Refund policy

Did you choose a wrong size or style? No problem! Antoninias provides pre-paid return labels and returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date. Please note that all returns excluding exchanges are a subject of $10 restocking fee, which will be deducted from your order.

 

For Domestic orders we offer returns for a refund, an exchange or store credit note, within 14 days from order date( some exceptions apply, please see the whole policy here). International orders can be returned for an exchange or a store credit note, within 14 days from order date.

Please visit our returns centre and fill in the returns request. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Products sent back can not be worn, modified, or washed. All products must have all tags and any hygiene stickers still attached, they also must be shipped back in the bag that was provided. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All sales items are final - This includes flash sales. Any taxes or duties associated with your exchange will be at your cost. We may refuse to exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods back to you. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid destruction in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse. Apologies, we cannot offer a store credit note or an exchange on goods that don’t arrive.

  

EUROPE RETURNS: 

Please go to our returns centre to choose your preferred option. All full price items are eligible for a refund, an exchange or credit note. If you would like to exchange, ANTONINIAS covers the shipping costs of one further shipment to you.  If you choose store credit ANTONINIAS will arrange a hassle free return label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of $18.00 deducted from the amount. If you choose to exchange the shipping backward is chargeable before we provide you the shipping labels. Shipping charges are not refundable.

USA & UK RETURNS:

Please go to our returns centre to choose your preferred option. All full price items are eligible for an exchange or credit note. If you would like to exchange, ANTONINIAS covers the shipping costs of one further shipment to you.  If you choose store credit ANTONINIAS will arrange a hassle free return label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of $24.00 deducted from the amount. If you choose to exchange the shipping backward is chargeable before we provide you the shipping labels. Shipping charges are not refundable.We cannot cover the exchange of a shipment if you did not receive the free shipping option by purchasing. In this case we will deduct the shipping cost of shipment to you and for the return and credit the rest on a credit note.

 

REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS:

If you would like to exchange, ANTONINIAS covers the shipping costs of one further shipment to you.  If you choose store credit ANTONINIAS will arrange a hassle free return label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of $33.00 deducted from the amount. If you choose to exchange the shipping backward is chargeable before we provide you the shipping labels. Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot cover the exchange of a shipment if you did not receive the free shipping option by purchasing. In this case we will deduct the shipping cost of shipment to you and for the return and credit the rest on a credit note.
