Most of our orders are shipped 1-4 days from purchase pending availability. If you need your item(s) sooner, please select the Express shipping option. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Most of our items are currently made when ordered. Orders cannot be canceled, if they have already been shipped or 24 hours after the purchase.
When making a purchase please ensure that all shipping information is correctly completed and that a working telephone number is provided to avoid any delays. We match your address with the DHL system and verify it is correct.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. We recommend you go over your order to check everything is correct.
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped by chosen carrier with a tracking number. Please note we require a signature in order to deliver your order to the address on your order confirmation, please ensure someone is home or you may arrange another time to attempt delivery at this address. If you make any changes to the delivery or booking without contacting customer services, like an address change, leave in the front porch or nearest neighbour, we can't be responsible for lost items.

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to exchange or choose a store credit note for full price items, within 14 days from order date. Please visit our returns centre and fill in the returns request. Every item is made to order.
Products sent back can not be worn, modified, or washed. All products must have all tags and any hygiene stickers still attached, they also must be shipped back in the bag that was provided. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All sales items are final - This includes flash sales. Any taxes or duties associated with your exchange will be at your cost. We may refuse to exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods back to you. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid destruction in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse. Please obtain proof of postage with a tracking number from the Post Office. Apologies, we cannot offer a store credit note or an exchange on goods that don’t arrive.
Please go to our returns centre to choose between a credit note or an exchange. If you would like to exchange, ANTONINIAS covers the shipping costs of one further shipment to you. ANTONINIAS can also arrange a hassle free returns label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of $18.00 deducted from the amount.
