RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Did you choose the wrong size or style? No problem! Antoninias provides pre-paid return labels through our DHL return portal, where you can easily schedule a pickup or drop-off at your convenience. Returns and exchanges are subject to the terms outlined below.

European Union (Domestic Orders)

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection legislation, customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of their order, without providing a reason.

Eligible items may be returned within this period for:

• A refund to the original payment method

• An exchange for a different size, color, or style

• A store credit note with an additional 5% bonus value

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit your return request through our Returns Centre using the link provided below.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

International Orders (Outside the European Union)

For orders delivered outside the European Union, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for:

• An exchange for a different size or color

• A store credit note

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Conditions

Products sent back must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, tanning products, or any other signs of wear.

All original tags, garment bags, packaging, and hygiene liners must remain attached and intact. Returned items must be shipped back in the original bag provided with the order.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

For orders shipped to the United States, Antoninias includes applicable customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs within the purchase price and may pay such charges on behalf of the customer. In the event of a return, any non-refundable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, shipping costs, return shipping costs, or other charges incurred by Antoninias in connection with the shipment, delivery, return, or re-importation of the goods may be deducted from any refund or store credit note issued to the customer.

For orders shipped to the United Kingdom and all other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, and any other import charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected prior to or upon delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged. Responsibility for the goods remains with the customer until the return has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or store credit for items that are returned damaged, worn, altered, washed, missing original tags, packaging, garment bags, hygiene liners, or otherwise not in their original condition.

We also reserve the right to refuse refunds, exchanges, or store credit if the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and fit of the product.

Rejected Returns

If a return does not meet the above requirements and is therefore rejected, the item may be returned to the customer.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipment back to them. Once the applicable shipping fee has been paid, the item will be dispatched back to the customer.

Should the customer choose not to arrange payment for the return shipment within 30 days of notification, Antoninias reserves the right to dispose of or otherwise handle the item at its sole discretion.

Lost or Undelivered Returns

If a return shipment is lost in transit and does not reach our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Customers are advised to retain proof of shipment and tracking information until their return has been successfully processed.

Sale Items

Sale items, promotional items, and flash sale items may be subject to different return conditions where permitted by applicable law. Any statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Sustainability Commitment

As part of our commitment to sustainability, each Antoninias piece is individually crafted once ordered rather than mass-produced and held in stock. This approach allows us to reduce waste and avoid unnecessary overproduction.

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit notes within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all returns, excluding exchanges, are subject to a 6 € restocking fee per item.

For Domestic orders we offer returns for an exchange or store credit note, within 14 days from order date. International orders can also be returned for an exchange or a store credit note, within 14 days from order date (some exceptions apply, please see below). To support the sustainability aspect, we make our apparel when ordered.

RETURN PORTAL

Products sent back can not be worn, modified, or washed. All products must have all tags and any hygiene stickers still attached, they also must be shipped back in the bag that was provided. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All sales items are final - This includes flash sales. For orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom, duties and taxes are included in the purchase price. Should an order be returned, any non-refundable duties, taxes, tariffs, shipping costs, or related charges incurred by Antoninias may be deducted from the refund or store credit value.

We may refuse to exchange your purchase if we receive damaged goods. We will, however, return the damaged goods back to you. Please make sure goods are securely packaged to avoid destruction in transit; it is the customer’s responsibility until the return reaches our warehouse. Apologies, we cannot offer a store credit note or an exchange on goods that don’t arrive. All returns must be received back within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for an exchange or store credit note. 

 

For orders shipped to the United States and the United Kingdom, Antoninias is paying pay customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges on behalf of the customer.

In the event of a return, any such non-refundable duties, taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, shipping costs, return shipping costs, or other charges incurred by Antoninias may be deducted from any refund or store credit note issued to the customer.

  

EUROPE RETURNS: 

Please go to our returns centre to choose your preferred option. All full priced items are eligible for an exchange or credit note. We do not accept returns for our collection of handmade bags made by disabled organisations. If you would like to exchange, ANTONINIAS covers the shipping costs of one further shipment to you.  If you choose store credit ANTONINIAS will arrange a hassle free return label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of 20.00€ deducted from the amount. If you choose to exchange the shipping backward is chargeable before we provide you the shipping labels. Shipping charges are not refundable.

USA & UK RETURNS:

Please go to our returns centre to choose your preferred option. All full price items are eligible for an exchange or credit note. We do not accept returns for our collection of handmade bags made by disabled organisations. If you would like to exchange, ANTONINIAS covers the shipping costs of one further shipment to you.  If you choose store credit ANTONINIAS will arrange a hassle free return label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of 24.00€ deducted from the amount. If you choose to exchange the shipping backward is chargeable before we provide you the shipping labels. Shipping charges are not refundable.We cannot cover the exchange of a shipment if you did not receive the free shipping option automatically by purchasing. In this case we will deduct the shipping cost of shipment to you and for the return and credit the rest on a credit note.

 

REST OF THE WORLD RETURNS:

Please go to our returns centre to choose your preferred option. All full price items are eligible for an exchange or credit note. We do not accept returns for our collection of handmade bags made by disabled organisations. If you would like to exchange, ANTONINIAS covers the shipping costs of one further shipment to you.  If you choose store credit ANTONINIAS will arrange a hassle free return label on your behalf, there is a fixed price of 33.00€ deducted from the amount. If you choose to exchange the shipping backward is chargeable before we provide you the shipping labels. Shipping charges are not refundable. We cannot cover the exchange of a shipment if you did not receive the free shipping option by purchasing. In this case we will deduct the shipping cost of shipment to you and for the return and credit the rest on a credit note.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped/fulfilled/processed  or 24 hours after the purchase if the order hasn’t been fulfilled/processed yet. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe and if the order has not been processed yet please write an email to info@antoninias.com. The email must include your name, order number and the items you want to cancel. The email must be sent to us with the same email address the order was placed with. Make sure your email is written in English, as we may not be able to reply to emails in other languages.
