Shipping Details

We offer worldwide shipping via DHL Express. Shipping options and rates are as follows:

EUROPE TRACKED SHIPPING:

DHL Express International Shipping: 1-3 business days – 20.00 €
Orders above 300 €: Complimentary DHL Express Shipping (1-5 business days)

USA & UK TRACKED SHIPPING:

DHL Express International Shipping: 1-3 business days – 24.00 €
Orders above 300 €: Complimentary DHL Express Shipping (1-5 business days)

REST OF THE WORLD TRACKED SHIPPING:

DHL Express International Shipping: 1-5 business days – 33.00 €
Orders above 500 €: Complimentary DHL Express Shipping (1-5 business days)

Returns Policy

Our products are made when ordered and shipped within 1-3 working days (excluding preorders).

Domestic Orders: Returns are accepted for an exchange or store credit note within 14 days from the order date.
International Orders: Returns are accepted for an exchange or store credit note within 14 days from the order date.

6. Taxes

EU Buyers: All purchases made by buyers within the European Union are subject to VAT (European Value Added Tax). VAT is calculated and applied at checkout for all items, regardless of their value.
Duties & Taxes USA & UK

Effective from 11/19/2025, all duties and taxes for customers in the United States are fully included in the product price.
US customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.
Effective from 03/07/2026, all duties and taxes for customers in the United Kingdom are also fully included in the product price. UK customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For all other countries outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which remain the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Duties & Taxes International

Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is not accepted by the recipient upon delivery, or if the duties associated with import to your country are not paid, the package might not be returned to us and may be destroyed by DHL. We encourage you to check the laws and regulations in your country before placing an order. If a package is returned to us from countries outside Europe because the recipient declined to pay customs duties, we will incur customs charges due to DHL's automatic customs clearance process used to expedite shipping. As a result, the cost of duties, return shipping, and handling fees will be deducted from the remaining order amount, which will then be issued to you as a store credit note. In cases where DHL is unable to complete the customs clearance process on behalf of the recipient, the customer must arrange customs clearance independently through their local customs brokerage service. If a package is declined by the customer upon entering such countries, we will issue store credit for the amount of the order returning, minus all shipping-related fees.

If a package is returned to us from a non-EU country because the recipient declined to pay customs duties, we will incur customs charges due to DHL's automatic customs clearance process used to expedite shipping. In such cases, the cost of duties, return shipping, and handling fees will be deducted from the remaining order amount. The balance will then be issued to you as a store credit note. If a package is declined by the customer where the customer must arrange customs clearance independently, we will also issue store credit for the amount of the order returning, minus all shipping-related fees.
