DHL Express shipping

Antoninias ships worldwide to destinations available at checkout. All orders are dispatched from Slovenia using DHL Express.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. The first processing day is the business day following the date of purchase. Normal products are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Each order is sent with an exclusive Antoninias Bag.

Shipping options and the applicable delivery charge are displayed at checkout after you enter your delivery address.

Preorders and made-to-order items

Products marked as preorder or made to order are normally ready to ship within approximately 2–3 weeks. Some collection-specific items may have a different dispatch timeline, which will be stated on the relevant product page. If additional production time is needed because of material availability or manufacturing, we will notify you after your order has been placed.

If you purchase in-stock items and preorder items in the same order, the complete order will be dispatched once all preorder items are ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order for them.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email with your DHL tracking number. Please use this tracking link to follow your delivery and respond promptly to any request from DHL.

Estimated DHL Express delivery times after dispatch are:

European Union: approximately 1–3 business days.
United States: approximately 1–4 business days.
All other international destinations, including the United Kingdom: approximately 1–5 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Transit may be extended for remote locations, customs clearance, weather, transport disruption, local DHL routing delays, or other circumstances outside Antoninias’ control.

VAT, duties, and taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, VAT is calculated at checkout according to the delivery country. For deliveries to the United States, duties, import taxes, and tariffs are included in the price. United States customers should not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery. For all other international destinations, the recipient is responsible for any duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, customs-clearance charges, or similar charges imposed by the destination country or DHL. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless expressly stated at checkout.

If DHL cannot complete customs clearance on the recipient’s behalf, the recipient must arrange customs clearance through their local customs brokerage service. If customs charges are not paid, the parcel is refused, abandoned, or returned to Antoninias, any return-shipping, customs, duties, tax, handling, or other related costs may be deducted from store credit.

Delivery address and receipt of parcels

Please ensure that your delivery address, email address, and telephone number are complete and accurate before placing your order. Contact us immediately at info@antoninias.com if you notice an error.

The customer is responsible for being available to receive delivery and for responding to DHL delivery and customs requests. If you authorise DHL to leave your parcel unattended, Antoninias cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft after DHL has confirmed delivery.

If a parcel is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, delivery was refused, the recipient was unavailable, or customs charges were not paid, the customer is responsible for the resulting costs and the remaining balance will be issued to a store credit note.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, appears to be missing items, or contains an incorrect item, please contact info@antoninias.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, packaging, and affected item where relevant. Please retain all packaging until we have reviewed the matter.
