ANTONINIAS ships worldwide with Express shipping option. All orders are sent by DHL Express.

Our orders (excluding preorder items) are made when ordered and shipped within 1-3 working days.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. 

Orders cannot be canceled, if they have already been shipped or 24 hours after the purchase.

Processing time starts one business day after the date of the order. All orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Weekends and National holidays. 

Each order is sent along with the exclusive ANTONINIAS Bag. 

ANTONINIAS is not liable for lost or missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for missing packages if you have given the delivery company permission to leave your package outside the delivery address. Hence, please schedule your delivery for a time when you will be at home so that you will be able to accept it for the delivery yourself.

Effective from 11/19/2025, all duties and taxes for customers in the United States are fully included in the product price. US customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Effective from 03/07/2026, all duties and taxes for customers in the United Kingdom are also fully included in the product price. UK customers will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

For all other countries outside the European Union, shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which remain the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country.

All purchases made by buyers within the European Union are subject to VAT (European Value Added Tax). VAT is calculated and applied at checkout for all items, regardless of their value.

If a package is not accepted by the recipient upon delivery, or if the duties associated with import to your country are not paid, the package might not be returned to us and may be destroyed by DHL. We encourage you to check the laws and regulations in your country before placing an order. If a package is returned to us from countries outside Europe because the recipient declined to pay customs duties, we will incur customs charges due to DHL's automatic customs clearance process used to expedite shipping. As a result, the cost of duties, return shipping, and handling fees will be deducted from the remaining order amount, which will then be issued to you as a store credit note. In cases where DHL is unable to complete the customs clearance process on behalf of the recipient, the customer must arrange customs clearance independently through their local customs brokerage service. If a package is declined by the customer upon entering such countries, we will issue store credit for the amount of the order returning, minus all shipping-related fees.

PREORDERS

If you are purchasing our capsule collection and preorders in the same time, please note that we will sent the whole order together. If you wish to receive items from capsule collections sooner please place a separate order from the preorder items.

Normal products marked as "Preorder" are ready to ship in approximately 2-3 weeks. Products marked as SS26 are scheduled to ship according to the timelines stated on their individual product pages. Please note that some items may require a longer production time due to material availability or manufacturing processes. If this occurs, we will notify you after your order has been placed.
