CARE

Although this fabric can be machine washed cold in a laundry bag, we recommend hand washing it to prevent metal from scratching. Wash with like colours
Hang to dry in the shade.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Antoninias offers worldwide DHL tracked shipping. Please email info@antoninias.com if you have any questions regarding your international shipment.

Our orders are made when ordered and shipped within 1-3 working days (excluding preorders).

All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Shipments outside of the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. EU buyers must pay VAT on all items of any value, VAT is calculated in the checkout level. Orders cannot be canceled, if they have already been shipped or 24 hours after the purchase.

PREORDERS

If you are purchasing our capsule collection and preorders in the same time, please note that we will sent the whole order together. If you wish to receive items from capsule collections sooner please place a separate order from the preorder items.

It is estimated that some products published as preorder items in the SS24 collection will ship by the end of January 2024, while some will ship in 4-5 weeks. You can contact us at info@antoninias.com to find out what we can do to make your preorder available sooner.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Did you choose a wrong size or style? No problem! Antoninias provides pre-paid return labels and returns are accepted within 14 days from the order date. Please note that all returns excluding exchanges are a subject of 10€ restocking fee, which will be deducted from your order.

For Domestic orders we offer returns for an exchange or store credit note, within 14 days from order date. International orders can also be returned for an exchange or a store credit note, within 14 days from order date. ( some exceptions apply, please see the whole policy here)

Please visit our returns centre and fill in the returns request. Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been shipped/fulfilled  or 24 hours after the purchase if the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. In the event of a sale period, all orders placed during the sale period cannot be terminated after they have been placed. If you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe and if the order has not been fulfilled yet please write an email to info@antoninias.com. The email must include your name, order number and the items you want to cancel. The email must be sent to us with the same email address the order was placed with. Make sure your email is written in English, as we may not be able to reply to emails in other languages. In the case of Gift Cards, cancellations are not accepted.

One of the keys to finding that right swimwear is to get one that is the correct size ( e.g., small, medium, large). In case you are still not sure about the size charts or have special wishes for custom made orders, please contact us on info@antoninias.com
